Announcing the next CTO Council (NHSTE CoSN affiliate) meeting and CETL Study Group:

As always, the CTO Council will meet in the morning and CETL Study Group will be in the afternoon.

The CTO Council normally meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month, but are modifying the schedule in October due to the Columbus Day holiday.

The topic for the morning CTO Council meeting will be HelpDesk Management and KPI's - what metrics are important to you, how do you manage your desktop support staff, tips and tricks for using your ticketing system, etc.
