NHSTE Purchasing Program

The goal of the NHSTE Purchasing Program is to offer significant price savings on popular digital services, subscriptions, and products. This is open to ALL NH schools/districts who are NHSTE Institutional Members.

PLEASE REMEMBER:  Purchasing through NHSTE helps fund our mission, programs, and professional learning opportunities for our membership.

A NHSTE Institutional Membership is NOW required by each school/district annually in order to participate in our purchasing consortia. 

  • Institutional (district) Membership - $50/year*

  • Small (single building) Institutional Membership - $25/year*

  • The Institutional membership year runs from July 1st  through June 30th annually.

*Membership dues begin July 1, 2027.  All current schools/districts are being requested to become members with dues waived for the 2026/27 school year.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT mail Purchase Orders or Checks to the OLD New London PO Box!!!

All Purchase orders and/or checks should be mailed to the NEW address:

Purchase orders can also be emailed directly to treasurer@nhste.org

Invoices for ALL school/district orders are issued by NHSTE and checks should be payable to NHSTE.

GoTeacher FREE Student Data Privacy Compliance Snapshot

NHSTE is excited to announce a new regional initiative with GoTeacher that provides every district in Maine, New Hampshire, & Vermont with a FREE Student Data Privacy Compliance Snapshot.

In mid-June, Dean Celja, Founder & CEO of GoTeacher conducted two webinars to review what the snapshot includes, how the process works, and how districts can strengthen privacy, compliance, and AI governance practices with virtually no additional work required from district staff.
